    Referral's Information

    The fine print:

    • Promotion is open to all current MarginEdge clients, including their owners, management and all staff.
    • Promotion is effective October 22, 2018.  The end date will be decided by MarginEdge in its sole discretion.
    • Winners and guests must have a valid passport and will be responsible for any expenses not included in the prize as specifically mentioned above, including taxes, fees, visa (purchased at the airport), and costs of in-country food and transportation.
    • To receive credit for a new restaurant location:
      • MarginEdge must not have had a sales call, live or by phone, with the Referral in prior 30 days.
      • The Referral must come from submission of the above form.
      • Referral must not already be a client of MarginEdge, nor may Referral already own any locations that are clients.
      • Referral cannot be a self-referral by a prospect.
      • To be counted toward an award, the Referral must become a full-solution (not POS-only option), paying client of MarginEdge. 
    • In the event that a Referral comes from more than one person, the earliest submission of the above form will determine who gets credit for the Referral, and such determination will be by MarginEdge in its sole discretion.
    • Winners and guests must fly from a city in the continental US, travel must be round-trip, and flights may not be non-stop.  
    • MarginEdge will arrange flights and lodging on dates mutually agreed, but generally 30-60 days from the time of the award.
    • Approximate retail value of the award is $1,000 per award recipient, and recipient is responsible for all taxes associated with the award.
    • Winners agree that MarginEdge can use their name and picture in the promotion of this referral program publicly, before during and after it may be running.
    • Promotion award cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at MarginEdge’s sole discretion.  MarginEdge reserves the right to substitute the promotion award with a prize of equal or greater value.
