Well, our sales numbers continue to be on a bit of a week-over-week wild ride – and with regional guidance shifting in many places across the country – I expect the next couple weeks will likely give us more of the same.
I am hopeful we see a lift in sales across the board next week with the holiday. If you remember back to the early days of the pandemic, Easter and Passover catering/take-out created one of our first big sales swings – so here’s hoping we get a turkey induced version next week!
