Happy to report that it appears that the combination of a long weekend + Valentine’s + the return of indoor dining in some markets made for a strong weekend. Love seeing Full Service rebound a bit and great to see the loosening restrictions in some areas in the northeast start to show up on our sales trends as well.
It has been a volatile winter after an insane year – here’s hoping for a steady rebound from here and a positively boring spring.
