Full Service just set a pandemic record at -25% year-over-2-year sales! We’ve been watching it hover around -30% since March and that trend line is 45 degrees north – how soon can we get that damned negative sign dropped?! Love to see Fast Casual back to crushing 2019 sales levels, and we hope Full Service will join them soon.

We also wanted to call out that applications are open for the Restaurant Revitalization Act. As always our friends at RYCPA have done a great job summarizing the details.

Also saw this morning this release from Administrator Guzman’s office with some initial results of the roll out.
