Here are some frequently asked questions about our integration with SpotOn.

How does SpotOn connect to MarginEdge?

To activate the integration with SpotOn, you will need to complete their webform to grant permission to share your data. Once API access has been granted, SpotOn support will email you confirmation and provide a list of the Location ID(s).

The whole process takes less than 2 days.

Are there any additional integration fees?

No! There are no additional API fees to connect your SpotOn and MarginEdge Accounts.

Can MarginEdge pull in past sales data from SpotOn?

Absolutely! Once we connect SpotOn, we'll pull sales data from 90 days back to make sure you have a more complete picture of your restaurant's sales performance in MarginEdge from Day 1. 

What if I have a problem my SpotOn connection?
