When you make a payment with MarginEdge Bill Pay, the payment details export to your accounting system and mark the relevant invoices as "Paid"
Can you see if the price of an ingredient changes daily?
This is my biggest issue with vendor invoices. How can I protect my customer to make sure they aren't being price gouged?
Our system will track how much they pay for an ingredient across all their different vendors so they can see how the price changes over time, or help them compare what one vendor charges vs. another. It DOES NOT show how much they will be charged the next time they order but it tracks all historical purchases without having to look through each invoice.
